Coaches Pre-Season Meetings Scheduled


Please make sure 1 representative for your is available for both of these meetings.

March 2 (Thursday @ 5:30)
IF TRYING TO ORGANIZE A FULL TEAM, BRING ALL NAMES OF EVERYONE WHO YOU THINK SHOULD BE ON YOUR ROSTER,  I will update the web spreadsheet a couple of days early so you can have a look and let me know before the meeting if anything looks to be incorrect.

Finalize rosters with all currently registered players.  There may be a few Pre-K signups after their orientation that night, but I'm told to only expect 3 or so.
Initial discussions about uniforms and ordering.  HEAD COACHES ONLY (or ONE assignee of the head coach) - If you plan on customizing a new logo this year, I encourage you to reach out to Nick at Primo Designs and begin that process now.  Please tell him you will be ordering for your team through the PPJAA.  Nick requested we use the same online spreadsheet format we used last year for the uniform and spirit wear orders.  As with last year, each team will be allocated up to $30 per player for uniforms, any costs over your individual team allocation will require payment to the PPJAA.
Equipment discussions\needs, etc.  Please bring an inventory of all equipment (bags, tees, catcher's gear, balls, etc) that you have been provided.  We'll need to redistribute as necessary.  I know some teams have gone up a level and no longer require the size\type of ball they used last year.  Some teams do not require provided catcher's gear because they have their own.  And I'm guessing most teams have more helmets than they ever need since many kids purchase their own helmets.  It seems I may have 2 sets (haven't yet inventoried to see what exactly) from last year which were returned, but I seem to think we will require more than that for the number of teams that we will register to SSBA.
